I had my GE side by side Refrigerator looked into by one of your technicians and he does not seem to know what he is doing. He told me that the ice maker was broken and he looked at the electronic board and he told me that one is also broken (not functioning), So, I bought a new electronic board and I installed it myself and the same result.

My ref is still not cooling and it does not produce ice. So I called a GE technician to take a look at it and he told me that there is no problem with the ice maker or electronic board. He opened up the inside back of the ref. freezer and replace one part and installed a new one and my ref.

started cooling and producing ice and he told me that the only problem with my ref and not the electronic board. Thanks for the inconvenience.
