Mr Appliance - The WORST service experience ever!
After Irma we had a power outage for 36 hours.Then our KitchenAid fridge showed " Sabbath on" and we could not get out of it.
I called "Mr Appliance"....TROY SNYDER....who came, but he had never heard of this issue. He made some calls and said he would be back with a "part" the next day, which would fix it. It didn't. He said he contacted KitchenAid and ordered another part, which would "fix it for sure".
It would take almost a week to get it, though. So we lived out of an ice cooler for all that time to wait. Today he was supposed to be here with that part. We waited all friggin' day!
We called Mr Appliance 2 times and TROY SNYDER 3 times. Left messages on their phones. NO RESPONSE, no TROY! We have done a lot of business in our lives, dealt with a lot of companies and service people.
THIS we never experienced!!! Everybody out there.....DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH MR. APPLIANCE! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH TROY SNYDER.
They are incompetent and unreliable.THUMBS DOWN!!!!
