Mr Appliance - Sticker shocked
They tried to charge me $225 for a washing machine latch replacement. The part is only $11 but they marked it up to $30. The latch is removed with 2 screws and wire connector. They charged me $95 for diagnostics even though i told them exactly what i needed. I can buy a new machine for $400 or replace the latch myself. That's crazy!
Mr Appliance - Unprofessional
Talked to a rep, about a repair appointment for the following monday. Talked to her over the phone for 25-30 minutes getting all my details and requests. I get an email promptly saying they do not work on walking freezers or refregerator. Wasted my time in a moment when it was a critical situation. Very unhappy customer.
