Mr Appliance - OUT TO RIP YOU OFF W/UNNECESSARY REPAIRS

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! THEIR GOAL IS TO RIP YOU OFF WITH UNNECESSARY REPAIRS! We are experienced income property owners so we are not ignorant consumers. We called Mr Appliance in Rio Rancho NM to check a gas stove that the burners were not coming on. The tech arrived and said it needed a new computer board at a cost of $562, and further stated it was a very common problem on this model. We got Sears repair to come in after that, and the problem was that the child lock button was engaged, that's it. Clearly this was a textbook case of trying to take advantage of an out of town owner. Franchise owner and franchise corporate office would not return calls.

Mr Appliance - No clue

Called the to work on my Whirlpool washer that’s in our motor home I pulled it out so they could, after 3 or 4 times coming out and about $600 it still doesn’t work. I think they had no ideal what was wrong and the tech tried to call whirlpool and there account was canceled so he was on his own. Of course it had a warranty when he worked on the first time but still got a bill. I did call a week ago and they never returned my call, go figure, so I purchased a new washer and scraped the other one. Then I get a final bill and called them and they wanted to send someone else out to look at it I told them I am done with them and I scraped the washer along with all there work.

Mr Appliance - Will ever use this company again!!!

Came out to diagnose a problem with my dryer. Easy fix. It was the heating element. He was hear 3 hours(not needed but charge for time). Charged us $409.00. Called around and as I suspected, WAY overpriced!!! Will never use this company or refer them to anyone!!!
