My refrigerator began to get warm in may 2017 I have a top and bottom fridge. The top began to get warm first and finally the bottom.

So I went online and came across Mr appliance. So I called and a tech came out and immediately said it was the thermostat. I asked was he sure because I wasn't going to be putting out a bunch of money for misdiagnosis and I was assured that that was the the problem. Needless to say, the diagnosis was $89 but of course if they do the work it's deducted from the total.

So I let him do "the work" and I paid the balance and sure enough, two weeks later I had the same exact problem. I called them back, the lady in the office was beyond rude, tgey scheduled an appointment to come back out, that didn't happen and when I called to find out what happened she swore up and down that I wasn't on the schedule when I know what I was told... So anyways, the tech finally came back out, and said the part must have been defected when I don't know if it was ever even really changed to begin with. So they ordered another part but tried to tell me it was going to take x amount days, I had to raise sand and threaten to call every agency I could think of in order to light a fire under them and mind you I have children and I'm disabled and they have already been paid.

Now after THAT was fixed a "second" time it's been a month later and the SAME issue again... WTF... This is very frustrating... Thank goodness I have a deep freezer as well but that doesn't help the items in my fridge.

So now I have to call these people back again..

so here goes nothing. Now that I have read all of these other complaints it seems like they are ALL trained to be rude, lazy and difficult, please if you have a problem with this company call the better business bureau, consumer affairs write another review on Yelp do everything you can to help another consumer from being taken advantage of.

I just gave a service guy 330 dollars foer a dryer repair and when he left dryer do not work
