When a appliance repair company advertises refrigerator repair for the name brand refrigerator you own, you would expect them to be able to repair a coolant leak. No, not this company.

Apparently they do not have anyone that is EPA approved to repair a refrigerator. If I had known this, I would not have wasted $99 for a service call and would have found a company that could actually repair a refrigerator. They did say that the $99 service charge would go towards the repair if they did it.

The problem with this is they cannot repair a refrigerator. What a scam.

I will say that both the customer service rep and repair technician were both very polite but that does not fix appliances.

Reason of review: Not as described.

Monetary Loss: $99.
