Mr Appliance Burlington NJ
I have a frigidaire refrigerator that I purchased in April 2015 so it is still under the manufacturers warranty. About two weeks before Christmas, the freezer stopped working completely causing me to lose all the groceries I had just put in there.
I called Frigidaire and they dispatched Mr. Appliance to come take a look at it...took 5 days to come but okay. So, they come and it turns out its the compressor that is bad. Fine...2-10 days they assure me the part will be in and installed.
As of the writing of this review the part for this refrigerator which Mr. Appliance apparently orders from a distributor is still not in. I have called repeatedly and they just keep telling me next Monday or Tues your part will be in. I have been without a refrigerator for nearly a month, through all the holidays etc.
Frigidaire says they have the part in stock, but Mr.
Appliance doesn't want to order it from them...so, now I am stuck waiting and having to order food out or eat canned raviolis as is my 86 year old mother. I can't get a loaner frig from the store I bought it from because they only loan out refrigerators when the repair is being covered by an extended service agreement...which this is still in warranty.
Reason of review: Warranty issue.
Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.
Mr Appliance Cons: Giving me the runaround.
Location: Pitman, New Jersey
