Mr Appliance called me today to tell me I won't get the refund I was told I would get on Friday, 10/12/2020. Filed complaint with BBB all my notes ready.

Tired of the stress but standing on principal. When they told me could not be fixed and originally told no refund, I reached out to Samsung myself. They were coming this Wednesday, as due to age under five years, I may be due a refund from them. However based on call from Linda of Mr Appliance to my home on Friday, 10/09/2020, telling me I "was" getting refund, I let Best Buy deliver a new refrigerator today, the 12th, and take the old broke one, and I canceled Samsungs service ticket for this Wednesday.

I paid $579 for a repair that never happened. Bad service to boot. Meaning tech came to home 2 1/4hrs later than latest time frame scheduled. Refrigerator worked for week and then back to same problem.

Same Tech came back out and said that the fix didn't work and it was not repairable. I was told on my first call to Mr appliance that the diagnostic fee was $99.00 To diagnose, if they could repair and I chose to let them repair it, then they waived that $99.00 and I only pay for the repair.

However, there was never a repair. Should only be responsible for diagnostic fee.

User's recommendation: Use somebody else.

Monetary Loss: $579.

Preferred solution: Full refund.
