They over charged us by $600 on a repair to our Miele refrigerator for broken parts. They are not honest and when we called them out on it they said they would provide a detailed invoice.

I didn’t need a detailed invoice because Miele fixed the problem and replaced the parts for a fraction of the cost. We are still fighting with them for our promised refund since we never got the parts from Mr. Appliance.

We are on the 3rd week of them saying the refund would be sent when the accountant got in. ***.
