The technician pulled my refrigerator out from its location to fix water line, Pushed refrigerator back in place when done. Did not use dolly.
Left big and deep scratches on my wooden floor. I sent pictures and they will not take responsibility. I have used Mr. A for the 5 years I have lived here.
A good and consistent customer who paid bills on the spot is being treated like this.for the damage done. I am getting legal advice on how to move forward. Would take any suggestions. I just wanted a simple fix that would have been easy for them.
I even tried to polish out by myself because I didnโt want anyone getting in trouble for being so irresponsible in their job. And now, if they donโt see the light, itโs going to turn into an ordeal and they will have to pay anyway. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
YOU ARE NOT PROTECTED. THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR WORD.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $500.
Preferred solution: Get scratches polished out either buy company they pick or I pick and be reimbursed for the cost of repair..
Mr Appliance Cons: Them not taking responsibility for damage they did.

We talked to the manager when they claimed "customer neglect" of our pristinely kept dishwasher they refused to cover under their parts warranty after only 11 months. The owner's exact words were, "I'm not going to do anything about this." DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH MR APPLIANCE.
They do not in any way have your satisfaction in mind. Mr. Appliance of Tri-Cities technicians will find a way to AVOID GIVING YOU A WARRANTIED REPAIR even when your appliance fails for the same reason and part within the one-year deadline. They will find a way to disqualify any warranty so they can charge you full price.
In our case, the same part they fixed 11 months ago failed- within the warranty window. The tech arrived and somehow MISDIAGNOSED the problem finding an apparent different issue than the warranty part and so ordered a different non-warrantied part. On top of that, the wrong non-warrantied part was shipped causing a week-long delay. They reordered the correct non-warranty part and we waited more than a week for "expedited shipping".
When the tech finally came to the house, he realized he actually DID need to order the WARRANTY part which he he had misdiagnosed from the beginning. AFTER WEEKS of dealing with this, they arrive to install the correct warranty part and the tech spent 2 HOURS trying to slam the part into place. In the end, the technician decides the issue was caused by damage from an unknown object- which he neither could find or prove existed- and therefore DISQUALIFIED THE WARRANTY as "not a manufacturers defect but damage". DO NOT HIRE THIS REPAIR COMPANY in Gray, Tennessee.
You will PAY and at their discretion. They will not work with you, and they will not try to make you- the customer- happy. They don't care. They will tell you what you want to hear to your face while in your home, then do everything they can to make you pay as much as they can.
Once they bill you, you will never see that money again - no matter what the situation. WE WILL NEVER USE MR.
APPLIANCE AGAIN for any reason. I'd rather buy a new appliance than ever spend another penny with this unscrupulous franchise in the Tri-Cities.
They donโt take responsibility for what they did. They denied they did it.
Monetary loss was 1,000.00. Got a professional flooring company. Sure. They can pick out a company to repair my floor.
The manager said they would do nothing because they were not responsible. She said my floors were dry and brittle.
Pretty interesting since she has never set foot in my house. Would be better solution than small claims court.
I have been trying to reach the contact person for 3 days and hasn't received a call back. I just called and put in a new claim and have an appointment for tomorrow.
I'll see what happens. I didn't like the idea of not being able to speak with a person.
