We called Mr appliance to have our fridge fixed. The tech showed up and called samsung.

The Samsung rep walked the tech through trouble shooting the problem. He finally diagnosed the problem and told us the parts would be in within two days time. A week went by and no one ever called to set up an appointment to come fix our fridge. When we called to see what the issue was, they told us the parts were now in and scheduled an appointment for the following friday between the hours of 8am and 12pm.

Friday came and no one ever showed. We called the company and they stated that the manager had called to cancel the appointment because the parts weren't in yet. We had never received a call cancelling our appointment. They then stated we would receive a call when the parts were in.

4 weeks later and we have not heard from the company. Don't waste your time.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.
